By entering the Forest, purchasing tickets, using our website, or participating in any JFC offered programs or activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not enter the Forest or use our services.

3. Entrance Fees and Ticketing

• Entrance fees are required for all visitors to access the Forest. Fees are subject to change, and current prices will be displayed at the entrance gate and on our website.
• Tickets are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of JFC.
• Tickets may be purchased online or at the entrance gate.

4. Visitor Conduct

• Visitors are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others while in the Forest.
• Visitors must follow all posted rules and regulations, including designated trails, noise restrictions, and wildlife interaction guidelines.
• Feeding wildlife, littering, collecting plants or animals, and causing unnecessary damage to the environment are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not permitted within the Forest reserve. Designated smoking areas may be established outside the reserve boundaries.
• Consumption of alcohol or drugs is prohibited while on the Forest premises.
• Visitors are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards staff, other visitors, and the environment.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

JFC is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage sustained by visitors while in the Forest. Visitors assume all risks associated with their visit.

6. Website Use

• You are responsible for ensuring your computer system meets the technical requirements to access our website.
